Refund policy
Digital Products
All digital items (printables, templates, eBooks, planners, etc.) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, due to the nature of digital content.
However, if you experience issues with your download (e.g., broken link, file error, or incorrect item), please email support@alphamom365.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll gladly assist you with a replacement or corrected file.
💡 We want you to love your digital products! If you’re unsatisfied, contact us — we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Physical Products (Apparel, Accessories, etc.)
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
⚠️ Custom-made, personalized, or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
