Alpha Mom 365 – Shipping Policy

We’re committed to making sure your order arrives safely, on time, and with care. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or storewide promotions.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders):

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing (when available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal service delays, weather, or high-volume periods beyond our control.
3. Digital Products
All digital downloads and printables are delivered electronically.
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an instant download link via email or directly on your order confirmation page.
📩 If you don’t see your download email within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at alphamom365@gmail.com for assistance.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
5. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Alpha Mom 365 is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier after they leave our facility.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We’ll gladly assist you in filing a claim or providing documentation as needed.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at alphamom365@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
8. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Some apparel or custom products may be made to order. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for production before shipment.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on the fulfillment center.
